DME’s Helium Processing Plant at the West Pecos Field in Operation

Desert Mountain Energy has successfully initiated the separation of commercial volumes of helium from a complex natural gas stream at the West Pecos Helium Processing Plant. The plant is currently recirculating and enriching helium, with the end product being delivered to an end user’s tube trailer.

The facility is operational, and the Company anticipates a gradual increase in sales volumes and revenue as workovers on wells continue and efforts focus on optimizing production.

DME’s Relocation of the Helium Processing Plant to the West Pecos Field

Desert Mountain Energy began to relocate its Helium Processing Plant from Arizona to New Mexico as of July 2023. Throughout this intricate relocation, skilled technicians fitted and welded all the external piping. Meanwhile, the company’s electricians diligently completed the electrical setup.

The final large component, a 60,000-gallon accumulation tank, has been lifted into place. DME is now in commercial operation and selling processed helium and natural to their valued customers.
